自动转换开关电磁机构反力特性的分析方法 被引量:2

摘要 双电源自动转换开关(ATSE)电磁机构的反力特性研究是双电源自动转换在开关设计和研发过程中的重要环节.通过描绘机构的反力特性曲线,可以计算出电磁铁工作时所需要的最小吸力,从而可以设计出工作更加可靠、性能更加优良的电磁机构.本文针对转换开关电磁机构提出了两种反力特性的分析方法:第一种是动力学仿真分析法.该方法利用虚拟样机技术使动铁心运行至某一气隙,提取阻挡件上的受力情况从而得到相应的反力值.另一种是反力解析法.通过读取在仿真软件中得到的各构件间的位置信息,建立相关力学分析模型计算出相应气隙下机构的反力值.以某型号双电源自动转换开关为例,采用以上两种分析方法分别得出铁心在不同气隙下的反力特性,并将两种方法得到的数据进行对比.经比较,两者数据相对误差完全控制在3%以内.因此可得出结论:在无实体样机参与的情况下,该思路对自动转换开关电磁机构的反力特性研究具有创新性和可行性. Research on the characteristics of Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switching Equipment (ATSE) operating mechanism has always been an important part in the design and development of the switch. By describing the mechanism of the eounterforce characteristics curve, the minimum suction required for the work of the electromagnet can be easily cal- culated, which can be designed to be more reliable and more excellent performance of the electromagnetic machine. This paper presents two ways for the analysis of counterforce characteristics of ATSE Electromagnetic Mechanism. One is the dynamic simulation analysis of the counterforce calculation, by which the contact force on the barrier is extracted and the corresponding eounterforee is obtained when the magnet running to a certain gap. The other is analyties. On the basis of reading the position of each component in the simulation software, mechanical analysis model can be established as well as the corresponding counterforce characteristics curve. Taking a certain type of ATSE for example and using these two kinds of methods, two anti-force characteristics of the core under the different air gap are drawn. Compared to the two groups of data, simulation results show that the relative error of the mechanism counterforce less than -+3% for the calculated value. Therefore the conclusion can be drawn that this method is innovative and feasible for researching anti-force characteristics of the ATSE in the case of the absence of physical prototype.
