摘要 我国监测埋地金属管道阴极保护状态主要依靠人工定时巡检,存在效率低、无法采集到断电电位的问题,为此设计了阴极保护远程监控系统.该系统由智能电位采集仪和阴极保护管理平台两部分构成:智能电位采集仪以MSP430单片机为核心,自动采集阴极保护电位、温度等信息,通过2G/3G/4G网络上传至阴极保护管理平台;阴极保护管理平台采用了数据库技术、网关技术和WebGIS技术,实时监控管线的阴极保护状态,对数据进行集中管理.实际应用表明,该系统能够准确采集断电电位,效率高、运行稳定,实现了阴极保护的远程监控管理. Since status monitoring of cathodic protection of buried metal pipeline in our country mainly relies on artificial periodical inspection, which has low efficiency and can't collect off potential, a remote monitoring system for cathodic protection is designed. The system consists of a intelligent potential collecting-machine and a management platform for cathodic protection. A intelligent potential collecting-machine which is based on MSP430, collects information such as potential of cathodic protection and temperature automatically, transmits these information to the management platform for cathodic protection through 2G/3G/4G network. The management platform for cathodic protection uses database technology, gateway technology and Web GIS technology, monitors the status of cathodic protection of pipelines in real time, manages the data centrally. Practical application shows that this system can collect off potential precisely, have high stability and efficiency and realize the management of remote monitoring for cathodic protection.
