退火工艺对冷轧铜/钢/铜复合板界面组织和力学性能的影响

摘要 采用冷轧复合法成功制备了铜/钢/铜复合钢板,利用OM、EPMA手段分析了铜/钢/铜复合板界面组织和合金元素扩散,研究了退火处理对铜/钢/铜复合板界面组织和力学性能的影响.试验结果表明,碳钢中铁原子与铜中铜原子发生互扩散现象,生成Fe-Cu固溶扩散层.随着退火温度的升高和保温时间的增加,扩散层厚度都会变大.随着退火温度的升高,碳钢中铁素体晶粒明显长大,基体软化,屈服强度和抗拉强度降低.退火温度为600℃时,随着保温时间增加,强度没有明显变化. The copper clad plate was successfully fabricated by cold rolling, and the interfacial microstructures and alloy elements diffusion were observed with OM and EPMA. The effects of annealing treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of copper clad plate were investigated in detail. The test results have shown that mutual diffusion of alloy elements is presented at the clad, forming the Fe-Cu solid solution diffusion layer. The diffusion layer has become thicker when increasing the diffusion temperature and annealing time. The ferritegrain size of steel layer is increased, while the tensile strength and yield strength are decreased while increasing the annealing temperature. The changes of strength are not obvious with the increasing holding time annealed at 600 ℃.
