摘要
采用Fenton试剂对剩余污泥进行溶胞处理,并以污泥去除率和COD溶出率为指标表征污泥的破解效果.结果表明,Fenton试剂破解污泥的最佳条件为:pH=4.5,初始污泥浓度为12 g/L,H_2O_2/Fe^(2+)投加比为50∶1,反应时间为90 min,反应温度为65℃.该条件下,初始污泥浓度由12 g/L下降至8.74 g/L,污泥上清液中SCOD含量由3.01 mg/L上升至2 658 mg/L,污泥去除率和COD溶出率分别达到27.17%和24.64%.
The excess sludge was treated by Fenton reagent, and the effect of sludge disintegration was characterized by the sludge removal rate and the SCOD dissolution rate. The results showed that the optimum conditions for sludge disintegration by Fenton reagent were: p H value is 4.5, initial sludge concentration is 12 g/L, H2O2/Fe^(2+)dosing ratio is 50 ∶ 1,reaction time is 90 min, and the reaction temperature is 65 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, initial sludge concentra-tion was decreased from 12 g/L to 8.74 g/L, and the SCOD in the supernatant was increased from 3.01 mg/L to 2 658 mg/L. The sludge removal rate and the SCOD dissolution rate were 27.17% and 24.64%, respectively.
