摘要
项目经理是国有企业尤其是工程建设行业的核心人力资本。项目经理职业化是工程建设逐步推行项目法建设和项目经理责任制的必然结果。作者试图通过某国有企业一个优秀项目经理成长发展的案例,深度剖析在项目经理职业化过程中企业推行职业化项目经理管理办法的必要性。通过案例分析,基于职业发展通道设计的项目经理培养和项目实践及相应的制度激励措施对项目经理成长的影响,体现项目经理成长的关键成功要素,思考国有企业项目经理职业化形成的机理、培养路径和制度保障措施。
