4月6日,住房城乡建设部和国土资源部发布了《关于加强近期住房及用地供应管理和调控有关工作的通知》(下称《通知》),《通知》要求,要合理安排住宅用地供应,对住房供求矛盾突出、房价上涨压力大的城市要合理增加住宅用地特别是普通商品住房用地供应规模,去库存任务重的城市要减少以至暂停住宅用地供应。业内普遍认为,此次在土地供应侧放出"大招",与需求端"双管齐下",可以看出政策制定层面对遏制房价上涨的决心。

Since March 17, 2017, Beijing and many other cities have released strict property regulation policies. Besides home purchase restrictions and lending limits, it is also people' concern that how to increase land supply.
