粉尘作业工人健康体检与结果回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Health Examination and Results With Dust Exposed Workers

目的探讨粉尘作业工人的健康体检结果。方法对2016年1—12月来我院进行健康体检的120例粉尘作业工人的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结计算工人体检项目异常的检出率及疑似职业病的检出率。结果 120例工人中,体检项目异常检出率为23.3%(28/120),疑似职业病检出率为7.5%(9/120)。工人自觉症状主要有咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛、气急。随着工人年龄、工龄的不断增加,尘肺检出率越来越高。结论粉尘作业对工人身体健康有着极大的危害,所以,工人应充分了解粉尘作业危害,做好防尘措施,削弱粉尘对身体的危害,并定期进行健康体检,从而最大限度的确保自身健康安全。

Objective To investigate the health examination results of dust exposed workers. Methods Analysis the clinical data of 120 cases of dust exposed workers from January to December 2016 in our hospital, summarized the detection rate and the suspected occupation disease examination abnormal calculation of workers. Results 120 cases of workers, medical projects, the abnormal rate was 23.3%（28/120）, suspected occupation disease detection rate was 7.5%（9/120）. The main symptoms of workers have a cough, sputum, chest pain, shortness of breath. As workers age, increasing age, pneumoconiosis detection rate is higher and higher. Conclusion The dust has a great harm to the health of workers and workers should fully understand the damage of dust, weaken the harm to the body, and regular health examination, so as to maximize ensure their health and safety.
