品管圈在门诊药房内差管理中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的找出门诊药房内差原因,提出相应对策,降低门诊药房内差率,提高调剂工作质量。方法根据品管圈四阶段、十步骤的要求,应用品管圈的各种手法,对门诊药房的内差件数作出统计,找出真因,制定解决问题的对策并实施。结果对策实施以后,门诊药房的内差件数降低。结论在门诊药房开展品管活动有助于内差的管理。 Objective Identify the reasons of the poor in the outpatient pharmacy, and put forward corresponding countermeasures, reduce rate in the outpatient pharmacy, improve the quality of dispensing work. Methods According to the quality control circles four stages, ten steps, should supplies circle of all kinds of methods, for the difference in number in outpatient pharmacy, find out the real cause, formulate the countermeasure to solve the problem and implement. Results Countermeasures has significantly decreased the difference in number of outpatient pharmacy. Conclusion In outpatient pharmacy to carry out the quality control activities help poor management.
