摘要 目的去除复用医疗平面类器械表面常见的无机污垢,保证消毒灭菌质量。方法将平面类器械随机分成两组,对照组单独使用鲁沃夫水垢去除剂浸泡,实验组使用水垢剂混合鲁沃夫除锈剂浸泡,两组温度均为70℃,浸泡5 min,观察比较两种方法的清洗效果。结果对照组无机污垢去除合格率为80%,实验组为100%。两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论鲁沃夫水垢剂与除锈剂混合使用去除无机污垢的效果显著。 Objective To eliminate the common inorganic foulant on reused flat surface instruments, assure the quality of disinfection and sterilization. Methods The flat surface instruments was divided into two groups randomly. The control group was soaked by lime and mineral scale remover(Ruhof DELYME), while the experimental group was soaked bythe mixture of scale remover and rust remover(Ruhof Surgistain). Both group was soaked at 70℃ for 5 min, compared the effect of scouring between two groups by observation. Results The experimental group significantly increased the eliminating rate of the inorganic foulant to control group was(100% vs. 80%, P〈0.05). Conclusion The eliminating effect of the inorganic foulant by mixing scale remover and rust remover was much better than the regular way.
