摘要
目的探讨1 698例胃溃疡患者的临床、内镜特点及胃癌检出情况。方法回顾性分析2013年7月—2016年6月来我院就诊,内镜检查发现并经病理学证实的胃溃疡患者1 698例,总结分析其镜下特征、病理资料及胃癌检出情况等。结果在1 698例胃镜溃疡患者中,男女比为2.54:1.00,男性高于女性,共检出良性溃疡1 416例(占83.4%),恶性溃疡282例(占16.6%),检出部位胃窦最多(占40.6%),与其他年龄段相比,在≥65岁年龄段中,溃疡的分布以贲门胃底(30.3%)及胃体(27.6%)为主。胃窦溃疡发生不典型增生多见。结论不同年龄段的胃溃疡患者具有不同的临床特点和内镜特点,且年龄越小,胃癌恶性程度越高。
Objective To investigate the clinical, endoscopic characteristics and detection rate analysis of gastric cancer with 1 698 cases of gastric ulcer. Methods In this paper, a retrospective analysis in our hospital From July 2013 to June 2016, endoscopy and confirmed by pathology in patients with 1 698 cases of gastric ulcer, summarize the endoscopic features, pathological data and detection of gastric cancer. Results In 1 698 cases of gastric ulcer patients, the ratio of male to female was 2.63： 1.00, male more than female, were detected in 1 416 cases of benign ulcer （83.4%）, 282 cases of malignant ulcer （16.6%）, the detection part of gastric antrum at most （40.6%）, compared with other age groups, in more than 65 years of age, the distribution of ulcer in the gastric cardia （30.3%） and gastric body （27.6%）. Atypical hyperplasia of gastric antral ulcer. Conclusion Different age groups of patients with gastric ulcer have different clinical features and endoscopic features, and the younger the age, the higher the degree of malignancy of gastric cancer.
