摘要
目的研究急性肌肉拉伤中后期综合治疗的临床效果。方法选取96例急性肌肉拉伤患者,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者拉伤中后期采用肌肉锻炼康复治疗,实验组采用银质针导热+复方倍他米松+肌肉锻炼治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果及1年内再次拉伤发生率。结果实验组显效率、总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组再次拉伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗对急性肌肉拉伤患者促进肌肉恢复及降低再次拉伤率效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of combined treatment of acute muscle injury in the late stage. Methods 96 patients with acute muscle injury were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, patients in control group were treated with muscle exercise rehabilitation, the experimental group used thermal silver needle, compound betamethasone and muscle exercise therapy, comparison of two groups of patients with treatment effect and the incidence of re-injury within one year. Results The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the total effective rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive therapy on muscle recovery and reducing the rate of reinjury in patients with acute muscle injury is significant.
