鼻内激素联合割治法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Nasal Hormone Therapy Combined With Cut in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨鼻内激素联合割治法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法将我院2015年1月—2016年7月收治的71例变应性鼻炎患者根据治疗方式进行分组,定义单纯接受鼻内激素治疗的35例患者作为对照组,另外采用鼻内激素联合割治法治疗的36例患者作为观察组,观察对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组总有效率、β细胞生长因子-1(IL-4)、免疫球蛋白(IgE)水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内激素联合割治法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal hormone combined with cutting in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 71 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016, which were grouped according to the treatment methods, 35 cases with underwent defined intranasal steroid treated patients as a control group, 36 cases in the nose in the treatment of patients with hormone cut as the observation group, observe two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group, β cell growth factor-1（IL-4）, immunoglobulin（IgE） levels were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of nasal hormone combined with cutting in treatment of allergic rhinitis is exact.
