全科医学社区管理糖尿病98例效果分析

Clinical Analysis of 98 Cases of Diabetes Management in General Practice Community

目的探讨全科医学社区管理糖尿病患者的效果。方法研究对象均为我院近年来收治的糖尿病患者,共98例,采用全科医学社区管理模式,比较患者干预前后的规律服药率、血糖控制率、血糖自我检测率。结果干预前患者的规律服药率、血糖控制率、血糖自我检测率分别为64.29%(63/98)、47.96%(47/98)和39.80%(39/98),干预后患者的规律服药率、血糖控制率、血糖自我检测率分别为88.78%(87/98)、69.39%(68/98)和51.02%(50/98),经过干预之后患者的3项指标均比干预前提高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全科医学社区管理糖尿病患者的效果显著,可将血糖控制在合理的范围之内。

Objective To investigate the effect of general practitioners in community management of diabetic patients. Methods 98 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital were study, the general medical community management model were compared before and after intervention of the regular medication rate, control rate of blood sugar, blood sugar self detection rate. Results This group of patients before intervention in patients taking regular treatment rate, control rate of blood sugar, blood sugar self detection rate was 64.29%（63/98）, 47.96%（47/98） and 39.80%（39/98）, after the intervention of patients taking regular treatment rate, control rate of blood sugar, blood sugar self detection rate was 88.78%（87/98）, 69.39%（68/98） and 51.02%（50/98）, improve the three indexes after intervention patients were significantly than before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion General practitioners in community management of diabetes patients with significant effect, can be controlled within a reasonable range of blood sugar.
