社区高血压分级管理及预防措施的效果评价

目的总结社区高血压分级管理及预防措施的效果,为高血压社区管理工作的开展提供参考。方法选择社区卫生服务中心近两年收治治疗的160例原发性高血压患者作为实验对象,并进行小组划分管理。实验组80例患者采取分级管理,对照组80例患者未采取分级管理。对比两组社区高血压患者的治疗总有效率以及患者治疗依从率、疾病健康知识知晓率。结果实验组高血压患者的治疗总有效率、治疗依从率、疾病健康知识知晓率均高于对照组,3项指标差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论社区高血压患者治疗同时配合分级管理,能够提高治疗的总有效率以及治疗的依从性、疾病知识知晓情况,利于规范患者健康饮食、运动、生活习惯,建议实施应用。

Objective To summarize the classification management of hypertension and preventive measures, to provide reference for the management of hypertension in community. Methods 160 cases of primary hypertension patients as the experimental object in the community health service center in recent years, and in group management.
