冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的临床探讨

Clinical Study of Coronary Heart Disease With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的临床特征,旨在为疾病资料提供参考。方法选取我院2015年1月—2016年10月收治的冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者63例作为观察组,同时选择同期于我院就诊的60例冠心病患者作为对照组,分析两组患者的一般资料、影像学检查资料等。结果观察组高血压发生率以及血脂水平(甘油三脂、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇)高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者冠脉病变程度以及血管分布差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者多伴有高血压、高血脂等症,冠脉病变更为严重。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes, in order to provide reference for the disease. Methods Coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016, patients with type 2 diabetes and 63 cases as the observation group, and select the same period in our hospital 60 cases of coronary heart disease patients as control group, analysis the general data of two patients, imaging data. Results The observation group, the incidence of hypertension and blood lipid levels （three glycerin fat, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol） was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; two patients with severity of coronary artery disease and vascular distribution differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension, high blood fat disease, coronary artery disease is more serious.
