美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Metoprolol Combined With Trimetazidine in Treatment Patients With Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的探究美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法研究对象选取2014年11月—2016年11月在我院就诊的120例冠心病心力衰竭患者,通过动态化随机单双号分组的方法将其分为两组,分别给予美托洛尔、美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,探究两组患者治疗效果、舒张压、收缩压、心率的差异性。结果在治疗效果、舒张压、收缩压、心率的比较中,观察组患者的结果与对照组患者的结果相对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者具有一定的应用效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in treatment patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods 120 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2016, were divided into two groups. To give metoprolol, metoprolol combined with trimetazidine treatment, to explore the treatment of two groups of patients, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, heart rate differences. Results In the comparison of the therapeutic effect, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and heart rate, the results of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine has a certain effect in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.
