摘要
目的探讨分析慢性心力衰竭患者接受中医辨证康复治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 2009年8月—2011年3月我院对60例慢性心力衰竭患者进行了研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和实验组,对照组患者接受抗心衰治疗,实验组使用抗心衰治疗和中医辨证康复治疗,基本方为生脉散,根据患者的临床中医辩证分型加味治疗。结果经过治疗,实验组患者的治疗有效率是93.3%,对照组治疗有效率是70.0%,实验组患者的临床治疗有效率和对照组比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者经过治疗,中医症候积分平均是(16.33±4.32)分,对照组平均积分是(22.32±4.70)分,实验组患者的中医证候积分比对照组优秀(P<0.05)。结论慢性心衰患者接受中医辩证治疗的安全性比较高,患者的心功能改善明显,生活质量提升,安全性高,患者接受度高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 60 cases of chronic heart failure patients from August 2009 to March 2011 in our hospital were analyzed, patients were divided into control group and experimental group, control group patients received anti heart failure treatment, experimental group using anti heart failure therapy and TCM rehabilitation therapy is a basic prescription of Shengmaisan, according to TCM dialectical type with patients treatment. Results After treatment, the treatment of patients in the experimental group the effective rate was 93.3%, the effective rate of the treatment group was 70.0%, the clinical treatment of patients in the experimental group the effective rate compared with the control group, there is significant difference（P〈0.05）, the experimental group patients after treatment, TCM syndrome score average was（16.33±4.32）, the control group the average score was（22.32±4.70）, the TCM syndromes of patients in the experimental group was excellent than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with chronic heart failure to accept the safety of TCM treatment is relatively high, the patient＇s heart function improved significantly, significantly improve the quality of life, high safety, high patient acceptance.
