手法加拔罐治疗肩关节周围炎90例临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Technique and Cupping Therapy in the Treatment of Shoulder Joint Inflammation Around With 90 Cases

目的观察比较推拿、针刺治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法 175例肩周炎患者,随机分为针刺组85例,手法组90例,观察治疗前后疼痛评分,以及关节活动度改善情况。结果手法组较针刺组总有效率高;镇痛方面差异不具有统计学意义(P=0.09),改善关节活动度方面手法组优于针刺组(P<0.01)。结论手法、针刺治疗肩周炎节均有较好疗效,对于改善肩关节活动度手法组优于针刺组。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of comparative massage, acupuncture in treatment of shoulder joint inflammation around. Methods 175 patients with periarthritis of shoulder, 85 cases were randomly divided into acupuncture group, technique group 90 cases, observed pain score before and after the treatment, and the motion to improve the situation. Results The high technique group total effective rate in the acupuncture group; No obvious differences of analgesia（P =0.09）, improve the joint activity degree technique is better than acupuncture group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Manipulation, acupuncture treatment of shoulder joint inflammation around have good curative effect, to improve the shoulder joint mobility technique is better than acupuncture group.
