摘要
目的探讨CT与超声联合应用对肾上腺占位性病变的诊断价值。方法选取我院诊断的肾上腺占位性病变患者145例,比较CT与超声联合与超声诊断后的诊断正确率。结果将所有患者再分别进行超声和CT诊断,诊断正确率为66.8%;CT诊断发现正确率为71%。CT和超声联合诊断诊断正确率为84.8%,与使用超声诊断及CT诊断方法相比,准确率提高。结论超声与CT联合应用在诊断肾上腺占位性病变中具有极高的临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of combined use of CT and ultrasound in adrenal occupying lesions. Methods 145 cases of adrenal occupying lesions diagnosed in our hospital were selected. This method was not the best way to diagnose CT and ultrasound combined with ultrasonography. Results All patients were followed by ultrasonography and CT. The correct rate of diagnosis was 66.8%. The correct rate of CT diagnosis was 71%. CT and ultrasound combined diagnosis of the correct rate of 84.8%, compared with the use of ultrasound diagnosis and CT diagnosis method, the accuracy rate was significantly improved. Conclusion Ultrasound combined with CT in the diagnosis of adrenal occupying lesions has a high clinical value, can be applied in clinical diagnosis.
