探讨阴道彩超联合腹部彩超在异位妊娠诊断中的应用

To Investigate the Application of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound Combined With Abdominal Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的研究分析异位妊娠使用阴道彩超和腹部彩超联合诊断的临床效果。方法根据2011年6月—2013年12月我院接收的120例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,将其分成观察组和对照组。观察组采用阴道彩超联合腹部彩超进行检查,对照组采用阴道彩超,对两组的异位妊娠检查结果进行比较分析。结果所有患者接受诊断后,观察组中115例确诊,准确率为95.83%;对照组中87例确诊,准确率为72.50%。两组结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫附件在彩超扫描中,观察组阳性率为95.83%(115/120),对照组为78.33%(95/120),两组结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异位妊娠使用阴道彩超联合腹部彩超诊断的准确率比较高,临床应用价值高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods From June 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital, 120 cases of ectopic pregnancy were analyzed, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group using vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound examination, the control group using transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, to check the results of the two groups of ectopic gestation comparative analysis. Results All patients were diagnosed, the observation group of 115 cases were diagnosed, the accuracy rate was 95.83%. In the control group, 87 cases were diagnosed with an accuracy rate of 72.50%. The results of two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the color Doppler ultrasound scanning, the positive rate was 95.83%（115/120） in the observation group and the control group was（95/120）, the results of two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is relatively high, and the clinical application value is high.
