宫颈特殊染色在早期宫颈疾病患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Cervical Special Stain in the Patients With Early Cervical Disease

目的研究与分析宫颈特殊染色在早期宫颈疾病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月—2016年6月本院门诊诊治的560例早期宫颈疾病患者为研究对象,将其采用宫颈特殊染色法与TCT检查法进行检测,然后将检查结果与病理检查结果进行对比,将两种检查方法者中不同疾病情况者的诊断符合率进行比较。结果宫颈特殊染色法对于炎症及正常、CINⅠ级及CINⅡ级者的诊断符合率均高于TCT检查法(P均<0.05);而两种检查方法对CINⅢ级及宫颈癌的诊断符合率对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),但两种检查方法对CINⅢ级及宫颈癌的诊断符合率均高于对于炎症及正常、CINⅠ级及CINⅡ级者的诊断符合率(P均<0.05)。结论宫颈特殊染色在早期宫颈疾病患者中的应用效果较好,尤其对于炎症及正常、CINⅠ级及CINⅡ级者的应用效果较好,因此在早期宫颈疾病患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of cervical special stain in the patients with early cervical disease. Methods 560 cases of patients with early cervical disease in outpatient service of our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research object, and they were respectively detected with cervical special stain and TCT, then the detection results were compared to pathological examination results, and the diagnostic coincidence rates of two detection methods for the different disease situation were compared. Results The diagnostic coincidence rates of cervical special stain for the patients with inflammation and normal, CIN Ⅰ and CIN Ⅱ were all higher than those of TCT method（P〈0.05）, while the diagnostic coincidence rates of two detection methods for the patients with CIN Ⅲ and cervical carcinoma had no significant differences（P〉0.05）, but diagnostic coincidence rates of two detection methods for the patients with CIN Ⅲ and cervical carcinoma were all higher than coincidence rates for inflammation and normal, CIN Ⅰ and CIN Ⅱ（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of cervical special stain in the patients with early cervical disease is better, the application effect especially for the inflammation and normal, CIN I and CIN II is better, so its application value for the patients with early cervical disease is higher.
