肝硬化继发上消化道出血采用中医情志护理对整体生活质量及心态的影响研究

Study on the Influence of TCM Emotional Nursing on Quality of Life and Mentality of Patients With Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Due to Cirrhosis

目的研究肝硬化继发上消化道出血采用中医情志护理对整体生活质量及心态的影响。方法对照组实施常规护理,研究组加用中医情志护理。对比两组护理前后SDS、SAS、SF-36评分的变化。结果研究组护理后SDS、SAS、SF-36评分及护理满意率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化继发上消化道出血采用中医情志护理可显著优化患者心态、提升生活质量与护理满意率。

Objective To study the effect of TCM emotional nursing on the quality of life and mentality of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to cirrhosis. Methods The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The changes of SDS, SAS and SF-36 scores of two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results The SDS, SAS, SF-36 score and nursing satisfaction rate of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The TCM emotional nursing can significantly improve the mentality of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, improve the quality of life and nursing care satisfaction.
