心脑血管介入术致迷走神经反射90例临床护理

Clinical Nursing of 90 Cases of Vagal Reflex Reflected by Cardiocerebral Vascular Intervention

目的总结心脑血管介入术致迷走神经反射临床护理干预措施。方法回顾分析我院2013年3月—2016年12月收治的心脑血管介入术致迷走神经反射90例患者的临床资料,总结具体治疗方法以及护理干预措施。结果患者经阿托品、多巴胺、肾上腺素、补充血容量等措施进行抢救治疗,89例患者抢救后1 h内心率、血压均恢复正常标准,胸闷、出冷汗症状消失。1例患者发生室颤,抢救无效后死亡。结论做好心脑血管介入术致迷走神经反射患者的临床药物抢救以及护理干预工作,可以降低患者死亡率,改善患者生存质量。

Objective To summarize cardiovascular interventional technique to the vagus nerve reflex clinical nursing interventions.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital treatment in our hospital from March 2013 to December 2016 cardiovascular interventional technique to the vagus nerve reflex the clinical data of 90 patients,treatment and nursing intervention measures were summarized.Results The patients by atropine and dopamine,epinephrine,supplement of blood volume and other measures to rescue treatment,89 cases of patients were rescued after 1 h heart rate,blood pressure returned to normal standards,bosom frowsty,cold sweats symptoms disappear.Ventricular fibrillation occurred among the patients,after the rescue invalid death.Conclusion Completes the cardiovascular interventional technique to the vagus nerve reflex clinical medicine rescue and nursing intervention in patients with work,can reduce patient mortality and improve the patients quality of life.
