探讨全髋关节置换术治疗晚期股骨头坏死的护理效果

To Investigate the Nursing Effect of Total Hip Arthroplasty for the Treatment of Late Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head

目的对晚期股骨头坏死患者接受全髋关节置换手术治疗的护理方法和效果进行研究分析。方法选取我院2012年3月—2014年2月收治的24例全髋关节置换术患者作为研究对象,将其分成对照组和观察组,每组均12例患者。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基础护理和综合护理,对两组护理情况进行比较分析,对比满意度。结果观察组患者的临床护理效果优于对照组,观察组的护理满意度为91.67%,对照组为75.00%,观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,两组数据对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期股骨头坏死患者接受全髋关节置换术治疗,结合综合护理和康复锻炼,能够获得较好效果,患者满意度高,生活改善明显。

Objective To study the nursing method and effect of total hip arthroplasty in patients with advanced osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Methods 24 cases of total hip replacement patients from March 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital were selected as the study object. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, 12 cases in each group. The control group used routine nursing, the observation group used in basic nursing and comprehensive nursing care of two groups were compared and analyzed, compared to satisfaction. Results The clinical nursing effect of observation group was better than that of the control group, nursing satisfaction of observation group was 91.67%, 75.00% in the control group, the observation group nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty in patients with advanced osteonecrosis of the femoral head, combined with comprehensive care and rehabilitation exercise, can get good results, high patient satisfaction, improved life.
