浅析孕期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响

The Effect of Nursing Intervention During Pregnancy on Pregnancy Outcome of Patients With Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的对妊娠期糖尿病患者接受孕期护理干预后的妊娠结局情况。方法选取2011年10月—2013年1月我院收治的120例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其分成对照组和观察组,每组均有60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用孕期护理干预,对两组患者围生期并发症和妊娠结局进行比较分析。结果观察组患者产后出血、羊水过多、妊娠高血压综合症等疾病的发生率均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者剖宫产率对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的胎儿早产、胎儿窘迫、巨大儿等等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者接受孕期护理干预能够降低围生期和新生儿的并发症几率,改善了孕妇的妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate the outcome of pregnancy in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus after pregnancy nursing intervention. MethodsFrom October 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital, 120 cases of patients with gestational diabetes were studied. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was used by routine nursing, the observation group was used by nursing intervention during pregnancy, a comparative analysis of perinatal complications and pregnancy outcomes of two groups of patients. Results In the observation group, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, amniotic fluid, pregnancy induced hypertension and other diseases were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference in the rate of cesarean section（P〉0.05）. In the observation group, the odds of complications such as premature birth, fetal distress, macrosomia and so on were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus during pregnancy nursing intervention can reduce the perinatal and neonatal complications rate, so that pregnant women to improve the outcome of pregnancy.
