优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果观察

To Observe the Application Effect of High Quality Nursing in Nursing in Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的冠心病患者112例作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组(56例)和观察组(56例)。对照采用常规护理;观察组采用优质护理。对两组患者的心理状况、护理满意度进行详细的评估,并进行对比。结果观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,两组结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者应用优质护理能够显著改善心理状况,并提高对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of coronary heart disease. Methods 112 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 56 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, observation group received the quality of nursing, comparing two groups of patients with nursing effects. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in coronary heart disease nursing can effectively improve the psychological status of patients and improve their nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of popularization and application.
