探讨循证护理在小儿静脉采血中的应用

To Explore the Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Pediatric Venous Blood Collection

目的对小儿静脉采血使用循证护理的临床效果进行研究分析,为临床小儿静脉采血护理提供参考依据。方法选取我院接收的80例静脉采血患儿作为研究对象,将其分成对照组和观察组,每组均有40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理。对两组患儿静脉穿刺采血一针率进行比较分析。结果对照组患儿静脉穿刺采血一针率为81.3%(65/80),观察组为97.5%(78/80),两组结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理被应用于小儿静脉采血具有显著效果,临床中的静脉采血一针率显著提升,患儿家属对护理的满意度较高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in pediatric venous blood collection, and to provide reference for clinical pediatric venous blood sampling nursing. Methods 80 cases of venous blood collection in our hospital were selected as the research object, the patients were divided into reference group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing. A comparative analysis of two groups of children with intravenous puncture needle rate. Results In the reference group, the rate of needle aspiration was 81.3%（65/80）, the observation group was 97.5%（78/80）, the results of two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence based nursing has been applied to pediatric venous blood collection. Clinical intravenous blood needle rate significantly improved. The satisfaction degree of family members of children was higher.
