摘要
目的探讨对外阴癌根治术+腔镜下腹股沟淋巴结清扫术患者实施集束化护理干预措施的有效性和可行性。方法选取2012年10月—2016年9月皖南医学院第一附属医院妇科三病区收治的7例外阴癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用集束化护理,从患者认知、心理上干预,提高患者对治疗护理的依从性,术后加强功能锻练,防止和降低伤口感染、阴道口挛缩等并发症发生,提高患者生活质量。结果 7例采用集束化护理干预的外阴癌微创手术患者,术后恢复良好,1例出现右侧腹股沟皮肤坏死,其余6例无术后并发症出现。结论集束化护理干预在外阴癌微创手术中的应用是安全有效的。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of intensive care interventions for patients undergoing radical gastrectomy and endoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection. Methods 7 cases of patients with vulvar cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of from October 2012 to September 2016 were selected as the subjects of the study. The patients were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College, all patients were treated with cluster nursing, cognitive and psychological intervention, to improve the compliance of patients with treatment and nursing, postoperative functional exercise, to prevent and reduce wound infection, vaginal contracture and other complications, to improve the quality of life of patients. Results 7 cases of patients with minimally invasive surgery for cancer of vulva were treated with cluster nursing intervention, 1 cases of right groin skin necrosis, no complications occurred in the other 6 cases. Conclusion The application of cluster nursing intervention in minimally invasive surgery of vulvar cancer is safe and effective.
