摘要
目的探讨运用过程质量管理方法对分诊护士进行培训的效果。方法对21例分诊护士采用过程质量管理方法,进行分诊过程的识别、过程质量考核标准的制定及系统化培训,进行前后自身对照比较研究。结果培训后护士分诊准确率及分诊质量考评优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论过程质量管理模式能有效提高分诊质量、准确率及工作效率。
Objective To explore the effect of process quality management method in the triage nurse training. Methods 21 cases of triage nurse with process quality management method, is used to identify the triage process, process quality inspection standards and systematic training, self-control contrast before and after comparison research. Results After training, the nurse triage and triage quality assessment accuracy is better than before training, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion Process quality management model can effectively improve the quality of triage and triage accuracy, improve the work efficiency.
