The Influence of Nurses in Qualitative Research of Interventional Preoperative Factors on the Patients

目的研究影响护士对患者实施介入术前访视的因素,为规范介入手术术前访视服务提供参考。方法采用现象学研究方法,对8名护士进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi资料分析原则对资料进行整理分析,提炼主题。结果经分析提炼的主题为:对术前访视相关知识缺乏,对术前访视服务工作不重视,护理人员配备不足,患者及家属依从性不够。结论需要提高护理人员介入手术术前访视相关知识的掌握水平,加强术前访视服务的重视程度,改善护士的人力配置,提高患者及家属对护士进行术前访视的依从性,从而达到提高介入术前访视服务的实施效果。

Objective To study effect factors of nurses interventional preoperative visit on patients, in order to regulate the interventional preoperative reference service. Methods Phenomenological methodology was used in the study, eight nurses were semi-structured interviews, using Colaizzi data analysis principle of data of sorting out and analyzing, refining the theme. Results The subject analysis was made on the preoperative visit on the lack of knowledge, preoperative interview services do not pay attention to nursing personnel shortage, patients and their families are not compliance. Conclusion The need to improve nursing personnel involved in operation before the visit related knowledge level of mastery, and strengthening the preoperative visit the importance of service, improve the nurse staffing, improve the compliance of the patients and their families to the nurse preoperative visit, so as to improve the interventional preoperative visit the effect of the implementation of the service.
