摘要
目的探讨我院门诊在使用IRON-1200自动发药机后取得的效果。方法选取我院2015年11月—2016年11月收治的患者600例,分为对照组和观察组,分别实施常规发药和IRON-1200自动发药机发药,分析门诊发药质量情况。结果观察组发药错误率低于对照组,并且观察组工作效率和患者满意程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在门诊使用IRON-1200自动发药机,能够有效改善发药工作的质量和患者满意程度,并能够降低发药工作的错误发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of using IRON-1200 automatic drug delivery system in outpatient department of our hospital.Methods 600 cases of patients admitted in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were divided into control group and observation group, respectively, in the implementation of conventional medicine and IRON-1200 automatic drug delivery machine. The quality of outpatient drug delivery was analyzed. Results Through the use of IRON-1200 in the outpatient dispensing machine, significantly reduce dispensing error rate, and enhance the work efficiency and patient satisfaction, after all the differences were statistically significant compared display （P 〈 0.05）. Coneluslon Through the use of IRON- 1200 automatic drug delivery machine, can effectively improve the quality of drug delivery and patients＇ satisfaction, and can reduce the incidence of drug delivery errors.
