Clinical Analysis of Internal Surgery Fixation in Treatment of Metacarpal Fractures

目的探讨掌骨骨折手术固定术的临床效果及价值。方法选择我院在2015年8月—2016年8月接收并治疗的60例掌骨骨折患者作为此次研究的对象,按照随机数字的方式分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用克氏针内固定治疗,观察组采用AO微型钢板内固定术治疗,对比两种治疗方法的实施效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率及并发症发生率均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对掌骨骨折患者实施AO微型钢板内固定术治疗,效果显著。

Objective To make an investigation on clinical effect and value of internal surgery fixation in treatment of metacarpal fractures. Methods Chose 60 patients of metacarpal fractures who were treated in hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 to study and separated them into study group and control group with 30 patients in each group randomly according to digits method. Patients in control group were given with Kirschner needle internal fixation treatment, while, patients in study group were given with AO micro steel-plate internal fixation treatment, and then to compare treatment effects between two groups. Results The treatment efficacy and complication incidence in study group were much better than counterparts in control group. There are significant differentials between two groups with statistic value（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion AO micro steel-plate internal fixation treatment is effective for patients with metacarpal fractures.
