浅表性膀胱癌经尿道腔内手术治疗的适应证与疗效观察

目的研究浅表性膀胱癌经尿道腔内手术治疗的适应证与疗效。方法采取回顾性分析研究的方法,对我院2014年5月—2016年5月入院接受治疗的124例浅表性膀胱癌患者进行分组治疗比较,其中对照组患者62例,采取尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术,实验组患者62例则采取经尿道2μm激光切除术,比较两组的治疗时间,以及术中出血量和住院时间等。结果经比较两组患者均得到了较好的效果,但是,在总体治疗有效率上,实验组患者优于对照组,且手术时间较短,住院时间较短,术中出血量较少,并发症少,经比较,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在进行现代的临床研究中,采取经尿道2μm激光切除术,可以更好的保证治疗的安全性,并促进患者早日康复。

Objective To study the indications and curative effect of transurethral resection of superficial bladder cancer. Methods Taking retrospective analysis method, 124 patients with superficial bladder cancer were admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016, they were divided into two groups. The control group of 62 patients, taking transurethral resection of bladder tμmor, 62 cases of patients in the experimental group by transurethral resection of the two micron laser. The treatment time, the amount of bleeding and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results By comparing the two groups of patients all had better results. However, in the overall effective rate of treatment, the experimental group was better than the control group, and the operation time was shorter, shorter hospitalization time, less intraoperative blood loss, less complications, By comparison, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion transurethral resection of 2μm laser was performed in modern clinical research, can better ensure the safety of treatment, and promote the early recovery of patients.
