摘要
目的分析有机磷农药中毒后迟发性神经损伤综合征(OPIDP)的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析16例OPIDP患者的临床资料,根据是否采取法舒地尔、神经生长因子治疗进行分组;对照组7例,采取综合性治疗;观察组9例,在综合性治疗的基础上,采取法舒地尔、神经生长因子治疗;对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组正中神经、腓总神经的MCV、SCV、F波潜伏期的改善幅度均大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论法舒地尔联合神经生长因子治疗OPIDP,可进一步改善神经功能,对于缓解临床症状具有积极作用。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of organophosphatc induced delayed polyneuropathy （OPIDP） after poisoning, Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with OPIDP were retrospectively analyzed according to whether the patients were treated with fasudil and nerve growth factor. The control group of 7 cases, to take comprehensive treatment. The observation group 9 cases, on the basis of comprehensive treatment, took fasudil, nerve growth factor treatment; The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The number of MCV and SCV in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Fasudil combined with nerve growth factor in the treatment of OPIDP, can further improve neurological function, to alleviate the clinical symptoms have a positive effect.
