米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于中期妊娠引产42例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Mifepristone Combined With Misoprostol in the Induction of Labor in Mid Pregnancy of 42 Cases

目的观察妊娠13~14周采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇进行药物引产的临床效果。方法选择妊娠13~14周要求终止妊娠而无禁忌证的孕妇42例,米非司酮50 mg日2次口服,连服3日,第4日晨口服米索前列醇600μg,观察用药后妊娠物排出时间、阴道出血及药物副反应等。结果米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止13~14周妊娠42例中引产成功40例,成功率95.24%。结论妊娠13~14周采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇进行药物引产效果好,安全、省时、有效,是中期妊娠引产极有前景的终止妊娠方式。

Objective To observe the effect of oral mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of 13-14 weeks of pregnancy. Methods 13-14 weeks of pregnancy termination of pregnancy without contrandication of 42 cases of preganant women,mifepristone 50 mg 2 times a day, and even served 3 days, fourth days morning oral misoprostol 600μg discharge time, pregnancy after treatment, vaginal bleeding and adverse drug reactons. Results Mifepristone and misoprostol for termination of 13-14 weeks of pregnancy in 42 cases of success in 40 cases,the success rate was 95.24%. Conclusion Oral mifepristone conmbined with misoprostol for terminaton of 13-14 weeks of pregnancy is an effective, safe and timesaving method, is a promising way of induction of labor in mid pregnanccy.
