32例霉菌性阴道炎给予克霉唑阴道片联合酮康唑乳膏治疗的疗效

Efficacy of Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets Combined With Ketoconazole Cream in the Treatment of 32 Cases of Mycotic Vaginitis

目的对霉菌性阴道炎患者采用酮康唑乳膏联合克霉唑阴道片治疗,并探讨分析其治疗效果。方法将65例入院治疗的霉菌性阴道炎患者分为对照组33例,治疗组32例。对照组采取维生素C片加酮康唑乳膏进行治疗,治疗组则采用酮康唑乳膏联合克霉唑阴道片进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果通过治疗,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为78.79%和96.88%,对比发现对照组的总有效率低于治疗组的总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对霉菌性阴道炎患者采用酮康唑乳膏联合克霉唑阴道片治疗,可以提高总有效率,降低不良反应发生率,疗效显著。

Objective The mycotic vaginitis patients using Ketoconazole Cream and Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets for combined treatment, and to analyze its therapeutic effect. Methods 65 patients in our hospital admission by the treatment of mycotic vaginitis patients were divided into control group of 33 cases, 32 cases in the treatment group. The control group took vitamin C tablets with Ketoconazole Cream for treatment, the treatment group was treated by Ketoconazole Cream Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets for treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results Through treatment, the control group and the treatment group of the total effective rate was 78.79% and 96.88%, the control group was lower than the total efficiency of the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The mycotic vaginitis patients with combined treatment of Ketoconazole Cream and Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets, can improve the total efficiency, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, have significant effect.
