结膜下注射曲安奈德治疗葡萄膜炎继发黄斑水肿的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Subconjunctival Injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide in the Treatment of Uveitis Secondary to Macular Edema

目的分析结膜下注射曲安奈德治疗葡萄膜炎继发黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法对吉林医药学院附属医院眼科收治的葡萄膜炎继发黄斑水肿患者30例采取结膜下注射曲安奈德治疗。结果 34只眼首次治疗,27只眼黄斑水肿明显好转,占79.4%,23只眼视力提高0.02个单位以上。患眼治疗前黄斑中心视网膜厚度(482.8±184.6)μm,注射后(364.1±162.8)μm,(P<0.05)。患者再次注射,100%患者眼黄斑水肿明显好转。注射后未发生眼内炎、假性前房积脓、炎性反应、球后出血等严重并发症。结论结膜下注射曲安奈德治疗葡萄膜炎继发黄斑水肿效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of subconjunctival injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of uveitis secondary to macular edema. Methods 30 cases of uveitis secondary to macular edema admitted to our hospital were treated with conjunctival injection of triamcinolone acetonide. Results The first treatment of 34 eyes, 27 eyes macular edema was significantly improved, accounting for 79.4%, 23 eyes increased visual acuity of 0.02 units or more. （482.8 ± 184.6） μm, after injection （364.1 ± 162.8） μm, （P 〈 0.05）. Patients were re-injected, 100% of patients with macular edema was significantly improved. After injection did not occur intraocular inflammation, pseudo-anterior chamber empyema, inflammatory response, post-ball bleeding and other serious complications. Conclusion The effect of conjunctival injection of triamcinolone acetonide on uveitis secondary to macular edema is significant.
