摘要
目的观察美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果。方法随机将60例冠心病心力衰竭患者平均分为两组,对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、心功能指标等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果理想。
Objective To observe the effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure. Methods 60 patients of coronary heart disease with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, the control group used metoprolol, and observation group used trimetazidine on the basis of control group. Comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The total effective rate and cardiac function index of observation group were significantly better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure is ideal.
