探讨全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学在血常规检验中的联合应用

Discussion on the Application of Automatic Blood Cell Analyzer Combined With Blood Smear Cell Morphology in Blood Routine Test

目的探讨分析全自动血细胞分析仪和血涂片细胞形态学联合使用的检验方式和效果,为临床血常规检验提供依据。方法选取2013年9月—2015年3月我院100例血常规检验患者进行回顾分析。为患者使用全自动血细胞分析仪检验,对于异常血液样本,联合血涂片细胞形态学检验,分析检验结果,探讨联合使用的临床价值。结果全部患者接受全自动血细胞分析仪检验,有80例阴性病例,阴性率是80.00%,阳性率20.00%;对20.00例阳性病例进行血涂片细胞形态学检验,阳性率70.00%,阴性率30.00%;两组阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全自动血细胞分析仪筛选之后,使用血涂片细胞形态学检验能够提升检验的质量,为临床诊断治疗提供精确依据。

Objective To explore the test methods and effects of automatic blood cell analyzer combined with blood smear cell morphology in blood routine test, and to provide the basis for clinical blood routine test. Methods From September 2013 to March 2015, 100 cases of blood routine examination in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were examined by automatic blood cell analyze, and the abnormal blood samples, combined with blood smear cell morphology test, analysis of test results, to explore the clinical value of combined use. Results All patients were examined by automatic blood cell analyzer, 80 cases were negative, the negative rate was 80.00%, the positive rate was 20.00%. 20 cases of positive cases were examined by blood smear cell morphology, the positive rate was 70.00%, the negative rate was 30.00%. The positive rate of the two groups was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion After the automatic blood cell analyzer screening, the use of blood smear cell morphology test can improve the quality of the test, to provide accurate basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, the use of joint promotion.
