超敏C反应蛋白测定结果的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Determination Results of High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein

目的对超敏C反应蛋白测定结果进行临床分析,为临床诊治提供重要依据。方法选取我院收治的急性脑梗死患者60例作为实验组,同期选取70例健康者作为对照组,并对其进行超敏C反应蛋白检测。结果实验组超敏C反应蛋白测定指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时大面积梗死的患者超敏C反应蛋白指标高于中度面积梗死和小面积梗死的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超敏C反应蛋白指标的水平与急性脑梗死的发生具有重要的联系,对于急性脑梗死的早期诊断具有重要的价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical results of high sensitivity C-reactive protein in order to provide an important basis for clinical examination, and ensure the effective control of the disease. Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected as the experimental group, and the same time, 70 healthy persons were selected as the control group, and the high sensitivity C-reactive protein was detected. Results The high-sensitivity C-reactive protein determination index in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,he difference had statistically significance（P 〈 0.05）; at the same time, the large area of infarction with high sensitivity C reactive protein index was higher than that of moderate and small area infarction area of infarction patients,he difference had statistically significance（P 〈 0.05）： Conclusion The level of high sensitivity C-reactive protein is closely related to the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction, which is of great value in the early diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.
