摘要
目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤多层螺旋CT特点及与恶性分级的相关性。方法选取黑龙江省医院接受手术治疗并经病理确认的GIST患者148例,使用美国GE lightspeed 16排螺旋CT扫描仪检查,观察肿瘤的位置、大小、边界、生长方式、强化程度、钙化等情况及与恶性分级的相关性。结果恶性分级与胃肠道间质瘤大小、部位、形态、边界、生长方式、强化方式、溃疡及转移呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论胃肠道间质瘤多层螺旋CT表现具有一定特点,与恶性分级程度有一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT in gastrointestinal stromal tumors and its correlation with malignancy grade. Methods A total of 148 GIST patients who underwent surgical treatment and pathologically confirmed hospital were selected. The location, size, border, growth pattern, degree of strengthening, calcification and the like were observed by the American GE lightspeed 16-slice spiral CT scanner. Results The malignant grade was positively correlated with the size, location, shape, boundary, growth pattern, enhancement mode, ulcer and metastasis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT findings of gastrointestinal stromal tumors have certain characteristics, and have a certain correlation with the degree of malignancy.
