浅析低剂量多层CT在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的对肋骨骨折患者接受低剂量多层CT诊断的效果进行分析研究,为临床应用提供参考,减少患者接受辐射剂量,合理使用多层CT诊断。方法 2011年10月—2013年3月我院对80例胸外伤患者使用胸部CT平扫检查,将患者分成常规剂量组和低剂量组,各40例。对两组肋骨CT图像质量、CT剂量加权指数和骨折率进行比较分析。结果低剂量多层CT胸部检查可以为肋骨骨折患者提供诊断需求,低剂量CT和常规剂量CT检查的准确率对比(95.52%vs.97.89%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低剂量组CT剂量加权指数是(9.15±4.6)mGy,常规剂量组是(16.52±8.9)mGy,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低剂量CT胸部检查适用于肋骨骨折患者的诊断需求,并且患者接受的辐射剂量小。 Objective To study the effect of low dose multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of patients with rib fracture, to provide reference for clinical application, to reduce the radiation dose of patients, and to use CT. Methods From October 2011 to March 2013, 80 patients with chest trauma were examined by chest CT scan. The patients were divided into two groups: conventional dose group and low dose group, each group of 40 cases. The image quality of two groups of CT, CT dose weighted index and fracture rate were compared and analyzed. Results Low dose multi-slice CT chest examination for patients with rib fracture diagnosis needs the comparison accuracy rate of CT low dose and conventional dose CT examination (95.52% vs. 97.89%) there was no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05), low dose group, CT dose index was (9.15±4.60) mGy, the conventional dose group was (16.52±8.90) mGy, there were statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Low dose CT chest examination is suitable for patients with rib fracture, and the radiation dose is small.
