摘要
目的探讨钼靶X射线摄片与多种血清肿瘤标志物联合在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2014年6月—2016年3月本院收治的62例乳腺癌患者,将其纳入观察组,另选取同期健康体检者62例,将其纳入对照组,两组受试者均采用钼靶X射线检查,并联合检测两组受试者的血清糖类抗原15-3(CA15-3)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和骨桥蛋白(OPN)的水平,回顾性分析两组受试者的临床资料,对比钼靶X射线与血清学单独检测及联合检测的阳性率,探讨其在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。结果两组患者进行CA15-3、CEA、OPN水平的对比,观察组患者CA15-3、CEA、OPN水平均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组钼靶X射线摄片与血清肿瘤标志物CA15-3、CEA、OPN各指标单项检测阳性率均高于对照组患者,两组患者进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者CA15-3+CEA+OPN联合检测阳性率均高于对照组患者,两组患者进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者CA15-3+CEA+OPN+钼靶X射线摄片联合检测阳性率均高于对照组患者,两组患者进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钼靶X射线摄片与多种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测乳腺癌可提高阳性检出率,对于乳腺癌的早期诊断、预防及治疗有着积极的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the value of mammography X-ray radiography combined with multiple serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 62 patients with breast cancer were selected and included in the observation group admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to March 2016.62 healthy subjects were selected and included in the control group. Two groups of subjects were examined with molybdenum target X-ray. The levels of serum carbohydrate antigens 15-3 (CA15-3), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and osteopontin (OPN) were measured by combined detection. The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. The positive rate of X-ray, serological detection and combined detection of molybdenum target was compared and its application in the diagnosis of breast cancer was investigated. Results The levels of CA15- 3, CEA and OPN were significantly higher in the two groups than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The positive rate of CA15-3, CEA and OPN was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The positive rate of CA15-3 + CEA + OPN was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The positive rate of CA15-3 + CEA + OPN + molybdenum target X-ray radiography was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The combination of mammography and multiple tumor markers can improve the detection rate of breast cancer. It has a positive diagnostic value for early diagnosis, prevention and treatment of breast cancer.
