超声引导下动脉穿刺置管在临床麻醉中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Ultrasound-guided Arterial Catheterization in Clinical Anesthesia

目的探讨超声引导下动脉穿刺置管在临床麻醉中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1—12月在我院进行手术需要动脉穿刺置管的50例患者,并随机分为两组,对照组的25例患者采用传统的触摸法进行左手桡动脉穿刺置管,观察组的25例患者则在超声引导下进行左手桡动脉穿刺置管。对两组患者的穿刺总失败率、穿透法置管率以及血肿等并发症的发生率进行比较。结果观察组的一次穿刺成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总失败率、穿透法置管率、并发症的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在超声引导下进行动脉穿刺置管能够提高穿刺成功率,降低穿透法置管率及并发症的发生率,效果明显。

Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound guided arterial catheterization in clinical anesthesia. Methods Fifty patients were enrolled in our hospital from January to December in 2016, and were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty-five patients in the control group were treated with traditional touch method for left radial artery puncture Catheterization, observation group of 25 patients under the guidance of ultrasound in the left radial artery catheterization. The incidence of complications such as total failure rate, penetration rate, and hematoma were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of one puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complication was lower in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided arterial catheterization can significantly improve the success rate of puncture, reduce the penetration rate and the incidence of complications, the effect is obvious.
