老年患者行经尿道输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术后并发症的护理

Nursing Care of Postoperative Complications of Transurethral Ureteroscopic Pneumatic Lithotripsy

目的探讨接受经尿道输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗的老年患者采用针对性护理的临床效果。方法选择在2014年9月—2016年9月我院收治的接受经尿道输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗的老年患者82例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用常规手术护理模式进行护理;观察组采用针对性护理模式进行护理。结果观察组患者住院治疗总时间短于对照组;对围术期护理服务满意度达到95.1%,高于对照组的80.5%;观察组患者在术后有2例患者出现并发症,少于对照组的19例。数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接受经尿道输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗的老年患者采用针对性护理可以有效防止术后出现各类并发症,缩短治疗时间,保证手术安全。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of percutaneous ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in elderly patients undergoing targeted nursing. Methods 82 elderly patients undergoing transurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy were enrolled in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group （n = 41）. The control group was treated with routine nursing care mode. The observation group adopted nursing mode. Results The total hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The perioperative nursing service satisfaction rate was 95.1%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.5%. In the observation group, 2 patients had complications after operation, less than that in the control group of i9 patients. The data showed significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing can effectively prevent postoperative complications, shorten the treatment time and ensure the safety of operation in elderly patients undergoing ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy.
