摘要
目的探讨变应性鼻炎患者的临床护理措施。方法选取2014年3月—2016年6月收治的变应性鼻炎患者40例临床护理方法资料进行分析。结果通过对患者的对症治疗及护理,40例患者中满意22例(55%),基本满意16例(40%),不满意2例(5%)。结论尽量避免接触过敏原,正确使用抗组胺药和糖皮质激素,有条件者行变应原脱敏疗法。结合细致的护理、良好的心理疏导,树立战胜疾病的信心,有助于提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods Forty patients with allergic rhinitis treated from March 2014 to June 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 40 patients, 22 patients （55%） were satisfied with 16 patients （40%） and 2 patients （5%） were satisfied. Conclusion Try to avoid exposure to allergens, the correct use of antihistamines and glucocorticoids, conditional allergens desensitization therapy. Combined with meticulous care, good psychological counseling, establish the confidence to overcome the disease, improve the quality of life of patients.
