护理分层级培训在消毒供应中心的应用及效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of Hierarchical Nursing Training in Disinfection Supply Center

目的探讨护理分层级培训在消毒供应中心护理人员培训中的应用效果。方法将消毒供应中心41人分为三个层次五个级别,运用岗位培训联合集中培训和交流培训的方式,系统学习专业知识、操作技能、应急能力、服务礼仪,采用理论与实践相结合的考核方法评价培训效果。结果分层级培训后的理论知识和操作技能考核成绩比培训前显著提高,分别增长了17.5%、17.7%。结论护理分层级培训是培训人员需要而创建的培训方式,需要因材施教进行实践,逐步完善消毒供应中心的培训管理体系,可以大幅度提高服务质量。

Objective To probe application effect of hierarchical nursing training in the nursing staff training at disinfection supply center. Methods To divide 41 nurses in disinfection supply center into three class and five level, using the job training with centralized training and communication training, to study professional knowledge, skills, emergency management ability, service etiquette systematically, then to evaluate the training effect through examine which combine theory with practice. Results The average score of those nurses who have hierarchical nursing training is higher than that of the nurses who have not, and increase 17.5% and 17.7% separately. Conclusion The hierarchical nursing training is a kind of method that established according to the demand of nursing training. The practice of the students according to their aptitude, will gradually perfect the disinfection supply center training management system, and will greatly improve the service quality.
