摘要
目的总结优质护理服务在老年心血管内科临床护理中的实施价值以及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院2015年收治治疗的90例老年心血管内科住院患者随机分为两组,即45例采取常规护理干预的对照组以及45例采取优质护理服务干预的实验组。对比两组老年心血管内科患者的护理满意度以及生活质量优良率。结果实验组老年心血管内科患者护理满意度以及生活质量优良率均高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论老年心血管内科患者采取优质护理服务,在改善护理满意度、生活质量方面具有积极意义。
Objective To summarize the value of quality nursing services in the clinical nursing of elderly cardiovascular medicine and the impact on the quality of life of patients. Methods 90 elderly patients admitted to our hospital in 2015 were randomly divided into two groups： 45 cases of routine nursing intervention group and 45 cases of high quality nursing service intervention group. Comparison of two groups of elderly cardiovascular patients with nursing satisfaction and excellent quality of life. Results The scores of nursing satisfaction and quality of life in elderly patients with cardiovascular surgery were higher than those in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The elderly patients with cardiovascular medicine to take quality care services, in improving the nursing satisfaction, quality of life has a positive significance.
