摘要
目的通过对40名肥胖青少年进行有氧运动配合饮食控制实验,研究一种适合当代肥胖青少年保持身体健康,提高身体素质的方法,为建立适合我国肥胖青少年减肥的运动处方及营养膳食指南提供依据。方法为期一个月的全封闭有氧运动配合饮食控制,由测试者监控其运动时间、运动强度、膳食摄取。结果和结论经过4周有氧运动配合饮食控制,受试者体重、体脂明显下降,TC、TG、LDL及HDL/LDL值均下降(P<0.01)。单纯性肥胖青少年在长时间、中低强度的有氧运动下,配合科学合理饮食,能够达到很好的减肥效果,同时使身体机能得到显著改善,瘦体重增加,特别是机体对血脂的代谢能力有很大提高。
Objective Through the experiment of aerobic exercise combined with diet control in 40 obese adolescents, this study explored a method to maintain their health and to improve the quality of their bodies. Moreover, this research tried to provide a basis for the establishment of sports prescription and nutrition diet guidelines for obesity in our country. Methods The researchers monitored subjects" exercise time, exercise intensity and dietary intake for one month with fully enclosed aerobic exercise and diet control.. Results and Conclusions After 4 weeks of aerobic exercise combined with diet control, subjects" body weight and body fat has decreased significantly. The value of TC, TG, LDL and HDI]LDL has decreased as well (P〈0.01). Simple obese adolescent can achieve a good weight lose under a long time and low intensity aerobic exercise, with the scientific and reasonable diet. Meanwhile, their body function has been significantly improved and lean weight gained during this period, especially blood lipid metabolic capability has been greatly improved.
