Present Situation of Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Huguan County of Shanxi Province

为提高壶关县精准扶贫的成效,从山西省壶关县脱贫攻坚的现状出发,提出当前山西省精准扶贫所要解决的共性问题,包括人口文化水平不够、缺乏长效机制产业、天生困境难以改变、个别情况需要保障。并探讨了主要解决措施,即教育解决代际脱贫、产业解决稳定脱贫、搬迁解决异地扶贫、保障解决兜底扶贫。

In order to improve the effect of poverty alleviation for Huguan county, the common problems of poverty alleviation in Shanxi province were put forward,including the lack of population culture level, the lack of long-term mechanism industry,and the difficult situation of individual situation,which need to be protected. And the main solution was explored, that was education to solve intergenerational poverty alleviation, industrial stability and poverty alleviation,relocation to solve the poverty alleviation, security solution to solve the problem.
